The suite ended its first seven-day window with a clearer operating model: HQ gained a suite-wide priority map across eight domains, Finance landed two decision-focused upgrades, and the missing July 16 closeout was restored to production. A GitHub-backed week-one review and timeline navigation fix are ready on a feature branch.

What moved

Wins

  • HQ now has a suite-wide Now / Next / Parked priority map, and the first manual Focus Dispatcher run exposed the routing boundaries a future data model must preserve — before any product or automation was built.
  • Finance merged the current-money payday decision after fixing source-data edge cases in review, then sharpened the conscious-spending readout around current spend, target, and pace.
  • The missing July 16 progress report was recovered, reviewed, merged, and verified on the public site.
  • The reviewed AI FinOps library is live in HQ; two newer precision edits stay in the local Career source until the next controlled sync.
