What changed by lane

Personal HQ

Shipped

20 shared-repo PRs

Launched the private suite entry point, authenticated Career artifacts, public Progress, and one typed attention register.

Focus

Defined

1 manual experiment

Defined capture routing and tested the dispatcher once before choosing a data model, persistence, or automation.

Finance

Shipped

9 PRs merged

Added verified recommendations, nightly synchronization, conscious-spending readouts, and a freshness-gated payday decision.

Nutrition

Shipped

8 PRs merged

Grew from its first commit into a daily food-decision system with history, recipes, streaks, batch intake, and grocery support.

Fitness

Shipped

8 PRs merged

Built the training operating system, then added holistic progress, editing, streaks, prehab, and confirmed-history reconciliation.

Learning

Advanced

Library + local lab

Turned AI FinOps study material into a reading library and established a local, privacy-safe AI Runway lab.

Career

Advanced

Slate-only pipeline

Narrowed the search to verified opportunities and completed an independent editorial cycle on the AI FinOps evidence library.

Real Estate

Parked

Review Sep 7

Shipped the scoped family view and reset the longer-term plan, then deliberately removed the lane from daily attention.

Progress

Advanced

5 public closeouts

Established the reviewed public build log and closed five consecutive published days during the seven-day project window.

GitHub figures are a reviewed snapshot of merged pull requests and default-branch commits through July 17, not a productivity score. Local-only Career-source and AI Runway commits are reflected in the lane highlights but excluded from GitHub totals.

Daily review

July 19, 2026

The suite moved from separate feature work toward one operating loop: Career gained a review-ready priority application package, HQ's private workboard became Docket, and direct capture paths from the three domain apps now feed it. Finance moved decision-focused upgrades into production; Nutrition and Fitness merged theirs, each with one database step still pending.

What moved

Wins

  • Career produced a review-ready priority application package and tightened the rule that live roles must be verified from employer-owned sources.
  • HQ replaced the short-lived Focus prototype with Docket, a private cross-device product workboard, and deployed direct capture links from Finance, Nutrition, and Fitness.
  • Finance shipped more conservative subscription findings that separate repeat spending from likely subscriptions and stop counting already-ended charges as future savings.
  • Nutrition merged the bridge from groceries and Pantry to reusable Saved Foods without inventing serving or nutrition data; its database step still needs to run before the release is fully live.
  • Fitness merged flexible program configuration and movement-family-aware reporting; the supporting database migration still needs to run before that release is fully live.

Morning starting point

Focus tomorrow

  1. 1.Review and submit the strongest completed Career application package.
  2. 2.Verify Docket's production data setup and phone-to-desktop flow, then use it as the capture point for new product work.
  3. 3.Reconcile Finance's local virtual-allocation branch into a clean review checkpoint, then return Finance attention to ledger completeness and account freshness.
  4. 4.Run the pending Nutrition Saved Foods and Fitness program-flexibility database migrations, then confirm both releases on the live apps before more product work in either app.

Shipped

Career

  • Built a complete application package from verified candidate facts and an employer-owned posting. It remains in review before submission.
  • Made employer-owned postings the required source for role verification so job boards cannot silently become application evidence.

Personal HQ and Docket

  • Rebuilt the private Focus prototype as Docket: a persistent board for product ideas, features, bugs, and tasks, with quick capture, five workflow stages, epic and sprint context, and an edit drawer.
  • Deployed app-aware capture links from Finance, Nutrition, and Fitness; each link opens Docket with the source app already selected.
  • Merged the independent editorial review of the week-one progress package and published the July 18 daily closeout to the public timeline.

Finance

  • Deployed stricter recurring-charge detection, lapsed-charge recognition, and a clear separation between likely subscriptions and repeat discretionary spending.
  • Committed a rework of savings goals as explicit virtual allocations inside reusable cash accounts. That work remains on a local feature branch and is not yet production work.

Nutrition

  • Merged user-owned Saved Foods, optional Pantry links, immutable nutrition snapshots for logged servings, and grocery reconciliation that never invents missing food data. Its Saved Foods SQL has not yet run, so the release is not fully live even though the code is deployed.
  • Added the direct Docket capture path to the live app.

Fitness

  • Merged the program-flexibility release — movement variants, configurable set counts, bounded program controls, and restored preparation context — closing the review the July 18 closeout left open. Its database migration is prepared but not yet applied, so the release is not fully live.
  • Added the direct Docket capture path to the live app.

Decisions

  • Docket is the suite's private product-work capture surface; it does not absorb life administration or replace domain records.
  • Subscription recommendations favor precision over a larger list of speculative savings.
  • Savings goals represent assigned intent inside real cash accounts; they do not create a second balance ledger or let multiple goals claim the same dollars.
  • Career verification begins with the employer's own posting, and application work pauses when that source is no longer live.
